The Sino blue and white patterned tiles draw inspiration from ancient Chinese vases and bowls, particularly those from the Qing Dynasty (18th century), as well as the Ming Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty. These tiles feature specific colors—blue and white—whose shades may vary due to firing and temperature during ancient production.

Angelo Tiles has meticulously selected these timeless patterns and directly printed them onto our cement tiles using the etching printing method. Etching printing predates modern printing presses and involves compressing a plate and paint to transfer the pattern onto paper. Despite its historical roots, this technique is still studied in educational institutions and art universities today.

After etching, the surface of the tiles is coated with chemical coating multiple times until it reaches the desired thickness. This protective coating ensures scratch resistance and durability, even when used as floor tiles. หลังจากการพิมพ์แบบ Etching แล้ว ก็จะมีการเคลือบผิวซีเมนต์ด้วยน้ำยาเคลือบผิว อีกหลายๆครั้ง จนหนาได้ตามมาตรฐานใช้งาน เคลือบผิวนี้จะทนทานต่อการขีดข่วนและสามารถทนการใช้งานได้อย่างยาวนาน แม้จะเป็นการเคลือบบนผิวกระเบื้องปูพื้น
